ACCOUNTING
All rates are subject to change without notice. Invoices are due upon receipt. Interest at 1.5% per month will be added to delinquent accounts.

MINIMUM CHARGE
A minimum charge of $50.00 will be made for any report issued.

OVERTIME CHARGE
Our rate schedule is based on work performed during regular hours (0700 - 1800, M-F). Laboratory services performed at other than normal office hours are subject to an overtime charge of $50.00 (minimum 4 hours) per hour.

RETAIN AND DISPOSAL FEES
Samples are retained for 30 days. A disposal charge of $20.00 per invoice will be added for petroleum products, and $25.00 per invoice for petrochemicals and other hazardous materials.

VOLUMETRIC BLENDING
Samples can be blended in our laboratory by weight or by volume at $5.00 per component,
minimum $50.00 per invoice.

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES
Prices for work not listed will be quoted upon request.

LIABILITY
Harris Testing Laboratories Inc. total liability shall not exceed the amount paid or payable by customer for such work. NOR WILL it’s officers, employees, agents or sub-contractors BE HELD LIABLE.

All claims against Harris Testing Laboratories, Inc. must be submitted in writing within forty-five (45) days of DELIVERY OF OUR REPORT COVERING SUCH WORK. Failure to give such written notice within forty-five (45) days shall constitute a bar to any claim. And all claims against Harris Testing Laboratories, Inc. shall be deemed irrevocable waived.

The report covering work performed by Harris Testing Laboratories, Inc. is furnished to the customer for its exclusive use and not for the use of any other person or entity. No person or entity other than the customer in whose possession a copy of this report, shall have any rights against Harris Testing laboratories, Inc. its officers, employees, agents or sub-contractors.

Use and reliance upon information furnished by Harris Testing Laboratories, Inc. represents acceptance of terms in this schedule. These terms are irrevocable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Harris Testing Laboratories, Inc.
